Tahra is a California Licensed Realtor with Wellington Development and Investments located in Capitola California and he is also the founder of Real Estate Sanctuaries and West Coast Land, both of which are dedicated to helping clients discover the merits of a property as well as the best use of its development potential.

He was a procuring partner with Rock Canyon LLC, a land vesting group in Northern California.  He was also involved in the purchase and sale of the 1200 acre Novitiate Property in Los Gatos including the California Department of Forestry Property.  Since 2002 he has represented Fidelity National Title in their R.E.O Department. 

Tahra began his major investments in his teenage years while breaking wild range colts and breeding horses with associates in the Midwest.  He bought his first real estate at the age of 19 and was the director of a non profit health organization promoting a positive and healthy lifestyle.  In 1980 he worked in the construction trades and bought and sold projects with associates in the Monterey Bay Area.  In 1984, representing the City of Santa Cruz, he presented a Proclamation of Peace to the Soviet Peace Committee in Leningrad and participated in the founding of “Peace Day”.  A Peace Day monument contributed by Tahra is displayed at the Holy Cross Park in Santa Cruz, California.
